    I got into TT racing late but had always been heavily involved in sports, for me cycling ticket all the boxes.

    Time Trial is where I excelled clocking up a PB in 10 mile TT of 19 minutes, 25 mile TT of 49 minutes, 1.41 over 50 mile TT and 9th place at the national 100 in my first ever crack at the distance.

    I love the fight against yourself. On the day it's just you and the bike. Its where all that time in training comes together, the attention to detail with position, kit and all those cold early mornings make sense.

    During my career I was exceptionally lucky to learn from national champions and experienced professionals in everything from aerodynamics to performance nutrition.

    I'm extremely excited to coach, learn and grow alongside the team at Tri Force as I work towards the best recognized coaching qualification with British cycling.

    I'm just as excited to help others realize their true inner potential, build confidence, fitness speed and help them achieve their Time Trial ambitions.
